These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website ajeer.bh and any services, demos, or content offered through it (collectively, the "Site"), provided by AlAjeer Technological Solutions ("AlAjeer", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About AlAjeer

AlAjeer Technological Solutions is a technology consultancy based in the Kingdom of Bahrain offering software development, data science, machine learning, cloud architecture, ERP/CRM integration, and a service-booking platform branded as "Ajeer". The Site is primarily an informational and marketing presence; engagements for paid services are governed by separate written agreements.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into binding agreements. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its backend systems, or any account or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site, including by submitting malware, spam, or automated requests outside the contact form's intended use
  • Scrape, harvest, or reproduce substantial portions of the Site for commercial purposes without our written consent
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any breach of these Terms, including denying access to the Site, removing content, and reporting unlawful activity to authorities.

4. Contact Form and Enquiries

The contact form on the Site allows you to submit project enquiries. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to share it. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for services; it is only an invitation for us to respond. Any engagement will be the subject of a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, page layout, and the "AlAjeer" and "Ajeer" names and branding — is the property of AlAjeer or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Site for personal and non-commercial informational use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law (e.g. fair use / fair dealing).

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses third-party services (for example, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Fonts, and Amazon Web Services) and contains links to third-party websites (for example, demo environments and social profiles). We do not control these services or sites, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service or site is at your own risk and governed by that third party's terms.

7. Service Demos and Beta Features

Any demos, prototypes, or beta features referenced on the Site (including the "Ajeer" demo) are provided for illustrative purposes only. They may change, contain errors, or become unavailable at any time without notice, and they are not a guarantee of features in any final product or commercial service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, free of viruses, or continuously available.

Any information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlAjeer and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) BHD 50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlAjeer and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any rights of a third party or applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice, for any reason — including any breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written agreement we sign with you for specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and AlAjeer regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter.
